Means unusual, strange, eccentric. Can apply to good or bad situations. vs. 難得：難得 refers to something that has already occurred an is desirable (i.e. rare).
盲目
To do something without regard，eg. 盲⽬升學：To blindly pursue studies 盲⽬跟隨：To blindly follow 盲⽬聽從：To blindly obey
